Qualifications

Experience recruiting in technology or engineering preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing and relationship-building.
Partner with sales to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates via phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Match candidates with opportunities aligned to their experience and goals.
Coach candidates through interview processes, resume guidance, and offer negotiations.
Present qualified candidates to clients and manage hiring process communications.
Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants during assignments.
Manage multiple priorities in a performance-driven environment.
Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
