Job summary

Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) is seeking a Technology Recruiter based in New York to lead end-to-end hiring across North America for core technology disciplines. You will join the global Talent Acquisition team and own the recruitment process from intake to offer, partnering with technology leaders and hiring managers.

The role requires 4+ years in technology recruitment, strong direct sourcing, and the ability to build credible relationships while delivering a high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technology recruitment experience.
• Experience managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong direct sourcing to engage passive talent.
• Recruitment across software engineering, infrastructure, platform, production engineering, SRE, DevOps or security.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong candidate management, communication and organisation.
• Proactive, delivery-focused with ownership in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of technology roles.
• Partner with Technology leaders and hiring managers to define requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent in NA.
• Build strong pipelines via direct sourcing, market research, networking.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent QRT externally.
• Use data and market intel to improve hiring strategies, partnering with agencies where appropriate.
