Job summary

planqc is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for software engineers, quantum researchers, and business-function specialists. You will build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with founders and the People team to shape recruiting at one of Europe’s fastest‑growing quantum computing companies.

You will develop sourcing strategies, improve processes, and use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical talent, ideally in deep-tech, software, quantum, robotics, AI or related fields.
• Demonstrated success hiring hard-to-find technical profiles via proactive sourcing.
• Ability to partner with engineering leaders and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring lifecycle from kick-off to signed offer.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for highly specialized roles.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in recruiting.
• Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve sourcing.
