Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end process for Quantitative Engineers and Researchers. You will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top minds, develop strategies, and ensure a superior candidate experience through rigorous assessments.

The role requires deep knowledge of quantitative tech stacks, including C++, Python, Rust, and low-latency systems, with a track record in HFT or ML talent acquisition. NY-based, on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years focused on Quantitative Engineering, HFT, or ML talent.
• Agency and in-house startup experience preferred for high-volume and high-touch environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and track record of converting passive, highly-compensated talent into hires.
• Experience using niche channels (math Olympiads, research labs, STEM events).
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with organizational precision.
• Deep knowledge of the quantitative tech stack and ability to discuss C++, Python, Rust, low-latency systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting process for Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading roles.
• Develop high-level strategies with Engineering Leads to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Plan out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to attract elite talent from niche environments.
• Maintain white-glove candidate experience and guide candidates through rigorous assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand quant stacks and performance needs.
• Lead intake meetings, interview kick-offs, and data-driven debriefs.
• Deliver weekly analytics and progress reports to leadership.
