A leading fintech company in New York is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to drive the hiring of specialized talent in Quantitative Engineering and Algorithmic Trading. You will enhance our recruiting strategy to attract top-tier candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive recruiting experience, particularly in quantitative fields, and a proactive approach to sourcing talent. This position offers a salary range of $144,000 — $180,000 USD annually along with competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in recruiting, at least 3+ years in Quantitative Engineering or HFT.
- Experience using niche channels to source candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of C++, Python, Low-Latency systems, and Distributed Computing.
Responsibilities
- Own the recruiting process from sourcing to offer negotiations for Quantitative roles.
- Develop strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Deliver performance analytics and progress reports to hiring managers.
