Job summary

AXQ Capital, a global quantitative investment firm with offices in New York, seeks an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for its US office. You will lead end-to-end recruiting and partner with global teams, sourcing and closing senior hires, and shaping the recruiting function as the firm scales.

Your responsibilities include owning the lifecycle, expanding campus partnerships, sourcing portfolio managers, researchers, and engineers, and improving recruiting analytics and interview

Qualifications

• 4+ years recruiting at a fund, trading firm, or tech company, campus to senior hires.
• Ambition to build and lead a recruiting function as the firm scales.
• Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with direct outreach.
• Data- and process-driven; you manage pipelines by the numbers.
• Excellent communication skills, from campus candidates to senior hires.
• Fluency with AI tooling and an ATS such as Greenhouse.
• Highly organized and self-directed across concurrent projects.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting lifecycle from role definition through offer and close.
• Expand campus pipeline: university partnerships and internships.
• Source and close portfolio managers, senior researchers, and engineers.
• Improve recruiting operations, analytics, and firm-wide interview quality.
• Invest in employer brand through events, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
