Job summary

Harnham, the global leader in Data & AI recruitment, is hiring an entry-level recruiter in Phoenix. No experience required; you’ll receive hands-on coaching, structured training, and mentorship. On-site for 6 months, then hybrid, with an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions.

You’ll build relationships with AI, Data, and Tech professionals, learn sales and recruiting skills, guide candidates through interviews, and connect top talent with U.S. tech companies. START DATE July 27.
