Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech staffing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Resourceful sourcing across multiple channels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS (Bullhorn).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates in various disciplines to fill job listings through job boards, social media, networking, cold calling, and leads.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to qualify candidates via video or phone.
• Maintain candidate and client records in Bullhorn.
• Communicate and collaborate with your team throughout the day.
