Job summary

The Mice Groups in San Mateo is seeking dynamic recruiting professionals to join our growing staffing team. You will source candidates across multiple disciplines, interview and qualify them via video or phone, and maintain accurate candidate and client records using Bullhorn.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech staffing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Resourceful sourcing across multiple channels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS (Bullhorn).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job description

The Mice Groups is seeking dynamic, highly motivated individuals to join our growing recruiting business in San Mateo. You'll be responsible for interviewing and qualifying candidates. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to work in a staffing firm where they can be creative with marketing and sourcing. Come help us with the growing demand for talent in the Bay Area. Compensation is base salary + benefits + above industry average commission plan. You should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source candidates in various disciplines such as software, IT, Engineering, Product, PMO, Finance/Accounting, Supplychain, marketing, sales, business operations, etc., to fill job listings through job boards, social media, networking, cold calling, and following through on leads
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to qualify candidates via Video or phone
• Maintain all candidate and client records through the administration of the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)
• Communicate and collaborate with your team throughout the day

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience, preferably in technology staffing at an agency
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle negotiations under limited supervision
• Ability to be resourceful and think outside the box when it comes to sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Computer-savvy and familiar with social media tools for recruiting
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
