Engage Partners Inc. seeks a Technology Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment. You will own a full-desk recruiting cycle, sourcing, pitching, and closing staffing deals with hiring managers and C-suite executives nationwide.

You will build a robust pipeline of technology professionals, conduct high-level presentations, negotiate terms, and travel as needed. Earn potential uncapped commissions by consistently hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales with quotas met.
• Experience in full-desk agency recruiting and building a client base.
• Ability to present to senior-level executives and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with sales CRMs, ATS, and lead generation tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and aggressively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social selling.
• Conduct high-level sales presentations and pitch staffing solutions to key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
• Negotiate bill rates, margins, and contract terms with clients and contractors.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of technology professionals to fill client requisitions quickly.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs for activity and revenue targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships as a trusted talent advisor and workforce solutions partner.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from outreach and requirements to sourcing, interviewing, offers, and follow-up.
• Navigate competitive markets to win exclusive job orders and expand the firm’s footprint.
