Salish Kootenai College seeks a Technology Purchasing Agent / IT Support Technician to coordinate all technology-related purchasing and provide hands-on IT support across campus. You will manage software licensing, vendor relationships, and asset tracking while assisting faculty, staff, and students with technology issues.

The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in varying conditions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field; or Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in information technology support, technology purchasing, or a closely related field.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage all technology-related purchasing for the college, ensuring alignment with standards and budget.
• Serve as the primary contact for technology procurement, software licensing management, vendor coordination, inventory control, and asset tracking.
• Provide technical support for the IT infrastructure, installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment across campus, and assist faculty, staff, students.
