Job summary

Northshore School District 417 is seeking a Technology Project Support Specialist to assist the Technology Team with data collection, documentation, and basic technical support at the Bothell administration center. The role involves managing online resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting training materials delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 3 years of experience with Mac/Windows, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, plus strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of experience with Mac and/or Windows operating systems, including experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications.
• Experience with documentation and data collection/reporting preferred.
• Ability to operate computers and learn specific software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports the work of the Technology Team through the monitoring of work orders, maintenance of digital services, and communication with project managers and stakeholders.
• Establishes and manages online information and communication resources, including project website, Teams space, Google and One Drive services, and online notification services.
• Reviews existing documentation related to projects and initiatives, identifies areas in need of changes, and assists team in updating and/or creating new documentation.
• Works with Instructional Support Team to ensure curricular documentation aligns with technical documentation and is accessible by stakeholders.
• Assists in development of training materials and tests existing and new materials to see how they might be improved.
• Assists in delivery of documentation and training materials to project manager, project stakeholders, and customers.
