Job summary

EY in Charlotte is seeking a Program Manager to lead technology-enabled programs within the newly formed Service Delivery Center. You will plan, govern, and execute IT initiatives, aligning business strategy with delivery excellence while partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, advanced proficiency with Jira and MS Office tools, and a deep understanding of agile and change management. Prior consulting or financial services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience preferred in complex program management and portfolio management.
• Experience in project delivery, including configurations, release management, and change management.
• Knowledge of integration plans, integration reports, and test procedures.
• Experience scheduling and delivering implementations with multiple interdependent components.
• Demonstrated project and program management skills in cross-functional coordination.
• Broad knowledge of IT functions and how IT enables business strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and management teams on roadmap coordination, risk tracking, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Create and develop project charters, scope, schedules, and assign resources.
• Facilitate centralized reporting and collaborate with Product and IT to meet business goals.
• Establish procedures and controls with a mindset of continuous improvement and ethical behavior.
• Advise and consult with other departments on production software issues and questions.
• Develop project organization structures and communicate plans to align stakeholders.
• Conduct kickoff meetings and secure consensus on project plans.
• Monitor project performance, manage variances, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Negotiate priorities across multiple groups and manage scope/cost changes.
