Job summary

EY seeks a Technology Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery of technology solutions from our US Service Delivery Center. You will own architecture end-to-end, establish standards, and drive modernization across enterprise-scale programs for financial services clients.

You will mentor technical leaders, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure secure, high-quality deployments with CI/CD and modern tooling. Strong .NET and cloud experience required; travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or advanced degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in software development for business-critical, enterprise-wide applications, architecture, and technical leadership.
• Expertise with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and C#.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with SOAP, JSON, XML, log4net, uDeploy, Jenkins, SQL Server, IIS, Oracle, Ant, Maven, and Groovy.
• Experience with Oracle and the ability to write and tune SQL queries.
• Containerization and AWS exposure, and AWS Cloud Certification, a plus.
• Proven experience owning application architecture, establishing engineering governance, and mentoring technical leaders.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.
