Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Performance Management to lead advisory engagements, translate business needs into technical EPM solutions, and guide architecture decisions for finance processes and analytics. You will manage project teams, drive client value, and shape transformative outcomes across diverse clients.

We value a strong consulting background in EPM, with expertise in planning, budgeting, consolidations, and BI reporting, plus a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years relevant experience.
• Five years’ experience in complex consultative services: master data management, actual financial consolidations, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions: Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Pigment, Tagetik.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools, finance processes and transformational solutions.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your time managing project teams for finance solutions.
• Lead business development on strategic and global priority accounts.
• Ensure quality and risk management in technology solutions delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvement and innovative solutions.
• Provide on-the-job feedback and mentor junior consultants.
• Assist in solution architecture and implementation of EPM tools.
