TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our rapidly growing Tech & Product teams. You will manage full-cycle hiring for software engineers, data analysts, and product managers, while building proactive pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior TA peers to align role requirements, maintain ATS data, and contribute to university recruiting and diversity initiatives in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within an agency, high-tech, or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience sourcing and engaging passive technical or product talent.
• Solid understanding of standard recruiting tools and platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized technical sourcing boards).
• Strong foundational communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to candidates and provide updates to hiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical and product roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers).
• Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain strong, proactive pipelines of technical talent using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, X-Ray searches, and alternative channels).
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior TA partners to understand role requirements, conduct intake meetings, and calibrate on candidate profiles.
• Data & Operations: Maintain accurate and real-time ATS data. Track personal funnel metrics (outreach, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to identify areas for personal growth and process improvement.
• Employer Branding & Projects: Support broader TA initiatives, such as university recruiting events, diversity sourcing campaigns, and referral drives.
