Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• 2+ years supporting Technical, Security & Privacy, R&D, or Trust & Safety teams.
• Experience managing diverse, complex requisitions and leadership hiring.
• Strong data fluency to diagnose pipeline challenges and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business lines, focusing on Security and Engineering.
• Consult with senior leaders and HR partners to shape hiring strategies.
• Develop and drive hiring strategies using market research and talent mapping.
• Assess candidates rigorously for technical skills and cultural fit; ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
