Job summary

Kargo in NYC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment life cycle for our technology and product teams. This role sits on the People Operations Team and partners closely with HR to understand and anticipate hiring needs.

You will source, screen and hire top candidates, build strong relationships with hiring managers, ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, and shape our employer brand through outreach and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in mid-level recruiting.
• Experience recruiting tech and product roles.
• Strategic thinker who can refine an end-to-end recruiting process.
• Proven track record recruiting for roles from coordinator to VP.
• Experience using ATS platforms including Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excels in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in ad tech, creative, or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and hire the strongest candidates for all technical and product-focused roles across Kargo.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to fill headcount and anticipate longer-term hiring needs.
• Provide best-in-class service to candidates and interviewers, ensuring timely feedback and expectations.
• Execute Kargo’s branding and networking strategy.
• Create and manage the talent pipeline through ongoing communications with key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Manager, People Operations to develop competitive compensation packages.
