Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an IT Manager, Vision Deliver in Jacksonville, FL. The role leadsTechnical Product Ownership across DCS, SAP EWM, WMS, labeling, outbound, and distribution automation to drive measurable business value.

The candidate will provide leadership for Warehouse Management platforms, deliver strategic imperatives, and foster innovation with a focus on talent development and cross-functional collaboration within the distribution ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in supply chain technology, warehouse operations technology, or a related business or technology role.
Experience owning a product or platform roadmap, backlog, release plan, lifecycle, and measurable business outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional delivery using agile, scaled agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, business value, and measurable objectives for warehouse management, distribution, and DC automation capabilities; prioritize investments and coordinate product introductions and retirements.
Partner with engineers, architects, infrastructure, security, and business teams to define architecture and options, ensure alignment with standards and business needs, test concepts with users, and approve product documentation.
Own and prioritize the backlog; translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; lead ceremonies, release planning, cross-squad coordination, resource planning, and blocker resolution.
Lead service performance and issue resolution across SAP EWM, WMS, WCS, infrastructure, and integrated automation; drive continuous improvement, cyber-risk remediation, business continuity, and operational reliability.
Manage product lifecycle economics and total cost of ownership; recommend budget and resource requirements; oversee vendor performance and develop statements of work.
Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, outcomes, and communications; directly manage 1-2 employees and oversee 3-5 contractors.
