Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Technology in Memphis seeks an IT Lead – WMS Product Analyst to own the warehouse management product roadmap and deliver scalable solutions across MARC WMS, SAP EWM, and related platforms.

You will partner with supply chain partners, DC operations, engineering, and vendors to drive agile delivery, ensure system availability, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution center.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology, Warehouse Management Systems, or Distribution Operations.
Experience with SAP EWM/WM, Blue Yonder/JDA, Körber/STEPLogic or Trace, Manhattan, MARC WMS.
Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
Experience leading product, BA, or technology delivery initiatives.
Ability to translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and functional specs.
Experience supporting Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the product roadmap for warehouse management and execution capabilities.
Own and manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
Drive Agile delivery while partnering with development, testing, architecture, and support teams.
Coordinate solution design, testing, deployment, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Support business readiness, user acceptance testing, and change management efforts.
Maintain accountability for system availability, performance, reliability, and operational support.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective action plans for production issues.
Partner with support teams to ensure timely incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
Monitor key operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop deep understanding of distribution center processes including inbound, receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation integration.
Identify process optimization opportunities through technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Support strategic initiatives involving warehouse automation, RF technologies, and digital supply chain solutions.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders, site leadership, engineering, and external partners such as 3PLs.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and execution plans to stakeholders and leadership.
Maintain governance over integration, data, and system changes affecting warehouse operations.
