Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Manager, Vision Deliver, to lead product leadership for the Vision distribution centers in the United States, based in Jacksonville, FL.

The role requires balancing business value with technical delivery, owning roadmaps, backlog, and performance metrics for warehouse management platforms. You will mentor 1–2 employees and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive automation and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as IT, engineering, or supply chain.
• 5–7 years in supply chain tech or warehouse operations tech.
• Hands-on SAP EWM experience and at least one warehouse implementation.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional delivery using agile or hybrid methods.
• Strong communication, risk management, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for warehouse management and DC automation.
• Lead backlog and prioritize requirements into actionable user stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, security, and operations.
• Ensure reliability, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance for DC systems.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
