Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Manager, Vision Deliver to be located in Jacksonville, FL. This role leads product leadership across DCS, SAP EWM, WMS, labeling, outbound transportation, and distribution automation technologies supporting Vision centers in the United States.

The Technical Product Owner provides leadership for Warehouse Management Platforms, driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and reliability while guiding a team through agile delivery and intelligent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in supply chain technology, warehouse operations technology, or related role.
Strong understanding of end-to-end distribution, logistics, warehouse management processes and platforms.
Techno-functional SAP experience, including at least one completed warehouse implementation.
Experience owning a product or platform roadmap, backlog, release plan, lifecycle, and measurable outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional delivery using agile, scaled agile, waterfall, or hybrid methods.
Demonstrated people leadership, including planning, coaching, and performance development.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills; good written/verbal communication.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data, intelligent automation, and compliance in distribution environments.
Ability to identify and prioritize automation or AI-enabled use cases for measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

Product strategy and roadmap: define vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, value, and measurable objectives.
Architecture/governance: align with standards, test concepts with users, document decisions.
Delivery/backlog leadership: own backlog, write user stories, manage ceremonies, plan releases.
Operations/reliability/security: drive service performance, cyber-risk remediation, and reliability.
Financial/vendor management: manage lifecycle economics, budgets, and vendor performance.
Stakeholder/team leadership: align priorities, coach staff, manage performance.
Compliance/audit readiness: work with Quality, security, and control owners on SOX/GxP readiness.
