Qualifications
- 8+ years of ERP or supply chain technology experience.
- Experience guiding full lifecycle ERP implementations or major global deployments.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP Deliver and Surgical Vision platforms.
- Lead demand intake, discovery, prioritization, and portfolio planning with business product owners and engineering leaders.
- Coordinate delivery across SAP modules and enterprise teams; establish standards for release management and validation.
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplier partnerships to meet commitments and optimize value realization.
- Coach product owners and teams in Agile delivery and governance, fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
