Job summary

PwC in the United States seeks a technically seasoned product owner/manager to lead software and product innovation within Advisory. You will guide cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade applications, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.

You will own engagement relationships, mentor junior staff, manage project plans and budgets, and drive CI/CD and quality practices to improve release velocity and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives, aligning engineering execution with client and firm strategy.
• Own engagement relationships, managing expectations and translating business objectives into product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Direct cross-functional teams in designing and building scalable solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
• Oversee enterprise application integration, APIs, and microservices architecture for interoperability.
• Institutionalize quality practices, including ATDD, code reviews, and coding standards.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity and reliability.
• Lead rigorous business requirements analysis to align with standards and goals.
• Establish and manage project plans, including scope, estimates, commitments, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, elevating team capabilities in product strategy and project management.
• Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement to enhance product performance and impact.
