Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus specialized training per missing year.
• At least 12 years of engineering/product management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall; PMP/CSM/PRINCE2 preferred.
• Experience applying ATDD and CI/CD practices to improve delivery.
• Experience enabling API management and microservices integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of software and product innovation initiatives.
• Own engagement relationships and translate business objectives into roadmaps.
• Direct cross-functional teams using modern languages and frameworks.
• Oversee API/microservices architecture for interoperability.
• Institute quality practices, including ATDD and code reviews.
• Drive CI/CD adoption to improve release velocity and reliability.
• Lead business requirements analysis aligned with standards.
• Establish comprehensive project plans with scope, estimates and risks.
• Mentor junior talent and develop team capabilities.
• Champion innovative technologies and continuous improvement.
