Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Retail Data & AI Products to lead large-scale data transformation initiatives in Plano, TX. You will own end-to-end delivery of data platforms, lakes, pipelines, and AI initiatives, aligning with business priorities and governance standards.

The role requires strong program leadership, cloud data platform expertise, and the ability to influence executives while delivering measurable business impact for insurance operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in data, analytics, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional data programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of data platforms (lakes, warehouses, pipelines) and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models and program management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise data transformation vision and roadmap.
• Align data programs with business priorities and governance standards.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs (data platforms, lakes, pipelines, AI initiatives).
• Manage cross-team coordination, risks, and escalation pathways.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scalability, reliability, performance, data quality, and governance.
