Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Retail Data & AI Products in Plano, TX.

You will lead large-scale data transformations, modernize the data ecosystem using Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks, and own programs that enable advanced analytics, AI, and ML across insurance operations. The role requires 8+ years in data/enterprise program management, strong stakeholder influence, and a track record delivering scalable data platforms and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in data, analytics, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional data programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data lakes, warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise data transformation vision and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define architecture and platform roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio governance, ROI-focused prioritization, and budget accountability.
• Translate technical progress into concise executive communications.
