Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group seeks a Head of AI & Data Platform Engineering – Specialty Distribution to lead data and AI platforms in Plano, TX or Daytona Beach, FL. You will shape strategy, governance, and execution, delivering trusted data, analytics, and AI products at enterprise scale.

You will collaborate with security, architecture, analytics, and business leaders to ensure secure, reliable platforms and drive modern DevOps, cloud, and data engineering practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years in data engineering, AI, analytics platforms, or leadership.
• Proven experience with senior stakeholder engagement in a large enterprise.
• Strong track record delivering data and AI solutions at scale with measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, architecture, governance for data & AI platforms.
• Oversee data pipelines, platforms, and AI product delivery at scale.
• Drive SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices across data teams.
• Partner with enterprise teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of AI/data engineers.
