Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Retail Data Products to join our team in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or Daytona Beach, FL. The role focuses on enterprise data products, analytics, data quality, governance, and self-service capabilities for stakeholders across the organization.

You will partner with Data Product Leads, Data Engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, deliver dashboards, and ensure accurate KPIs and governance across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, computer science or related field.
• 5–8+ years in business/data analysis, BI, or data product support roles.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize data and analytics requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, data definitions, mappings and acceptance criteria.
• Design and deliver data pipelines, curated datasets, and data products in an Agile environment.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems to ensure data quality and trusted KPIs.
• Own data quality standards, governance frameworks, and data dictionaries.
