Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join the Retail Digital Innovation & Insights Group.

This role partners with senior leadership to translate questions into analytical requirements, deliver timely, accurate insights, and support strategic decisions. You will work with BI developers, data engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality analyses aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical plans and outputs.
• Experience with governance, data quality, and enterprise data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary partner for retail leadership data requests and deliver timely insights.
• Translate business questions into analytical plans, requirements and metrics.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis on retail performance, revenue and margins.
• Create narratives, visuals, and recommendations for leadership actions.
• Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and data product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
