Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Performs underwriting analysis and documents risk acceptability for renewal and new business.
• Handles endorsements within delegated authority and coordinates with underwriter for actions.
• Manages renewal book within authority and outlines changes for accounts.
• Acts as liaison within CNA to resolve billing, risk control, and underwriting guidance.
• Documents files to ensure completeness, compliance, and quality.
• Executes pricing strategies and documents pricing rationale.
• Prepares quote proposals and negotiates with external partners.
• Serves as first-line contact to producers/customers, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Assists in marketing products through external partners and field visits.
• Acts as a systems expert and coach for teammates.
