Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handles endorsements within delegated authority.
• Triages renewal applications and communicates next steps.
• Documents files for compliance and quality.
• Executes pricing strategy and documents pricing rationale.
• Completes quote proposals and negotiates with external partners.
• First-line contact to producers/customers on account matters.
• Assist in marketing products and services.
• Serve as resource and problem solver for underwriting partners.
• Keeps current on line of business strategy and regulations.
