Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs underwriting analysis and documentation for renewal and new business within authority.
• Handles endorsements within delegated authority and seeks missing information as needed.
• Triages renewal applications and communicates required changes to the underwriter.
• Serves as liaison across CNA to resolve billing, risk control and guidance issues.
• Documents files to ensure completeness, compliance, and quality.
• Participates in pricing strategy and drafts pricing rationale.
• Acts as first-line contact to producers/customers to identify upsell opportunities.
• Supports marketing of CNA products through external partners.
