Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Senior Analyst, Crew Pairing to support planning and operational performance by analyzing network plans, constraints, and resources. You’ll develop data-driven insights, scenarios, forecasts, dashboards, and recommendations to guide decisions.

The role requires a quantitative degree and 2–5 years in airline analytics, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SQL/Python/BI tools is a plus. Minneapolis onsite location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant analytical airline experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, data validation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and meet employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight schedules, network plans, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain models, forecasts, dashboards, KPI reports, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and evaluate crew pairing scenarios balancing reliability, resource utilization, and crew quality of life.
• Assess financial and operational impacts of schedule, fleet, staffing, and process changes.
• Partner with Network Planning, Operations, Crew Planning, Flight Operations, Inflight, Ground Ops, Revenue Management, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Support implementation of approved recommendations, measure outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders.
