Job summary

United Airlines in Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking a Logistics Services Performance Analysis Manager to lead a team delivering project-based performance analysis, monitor initiatives, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop performance leadership report outs.

The role will build, refine and automate performance tools, translate operations requirements into technical specifications, support training and change management, and partner with IT, DT and Data Engineering to reduce manual work and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, CS, IS, IT, or supply chain.
• 4+ years in an operations analysis role with data skills.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Proficient SQL or similar languages and data visualization (Power BI).
• Experience in building automated performance tools and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead ad-hoc and project-based performance analysis for Logistics Services.
• Develop and maintain automated performance tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Support training and change management for tool usage.
• Manage projects with plans, logs and steering committee updates.
• Glean insights via root-cause analysis and partner with IT & Data Eng.
