Job summary

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Senior Analyst, Crew Pairing to analyze network plans, operating constraints, and resource utilization. You will develop data-driven insights, scenarios, forecasts, dashboards, and recommendations that support operational decision-making.

The role collaborates with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to implement approved changes and measure outcomes. On-site in Minneapolis, MN with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, math, economics, finance, business analytics, OR data science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–5 years of relevant analytical, airline, operations, finance, planning, or optimization experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, data validation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze flight schedules, network plans, and resource utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain models, forecasts, dashboards, KPI reports, and decision-support tools.
• Develop and evaluate crew pairing scenarios balancing reliability, utilization, and crew quality of life.
• Assess financial and operational impacts of schedule, fleet, staffing, and process changes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across planning, operations, and finance.
• Support implementation of recommendations and communicate outcomes.
