Reliance Matrix is seeking a Project Manager to lead technology projects within Retirement Services. You will plan, execute, and monitor milestones, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery within scope and timelines.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive continuous improvement through PMO practices. Hybrid work options and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, Agile familiarity).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
