Ideal candidates bring 4–7+ years of PM experience in financial services or regulated industries, with strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder skills.

Are you the kind of Project Manager who thrives on complexity, drives results, and knows how to bring people, technology, and strategy together?

We're partnering with an established financial services organization seeking a high-impact Project Manager, Major Initiatives to lead complex, revenue-driving programs from concept through successful launch.

This isn't your typical project management role. You'll own highly visible initiatives, collaborate with executive leadership, manage external partnerships, and drive alignment across multiple business and technical teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives from planning through implementation and launch.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external partners and vendors.
• Drive collaboration across Technology, Operations, Finance, Product, and executive leadership.
• Navigate complex integrations, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, risk management, and operational readiness.
• Turn ambiguity into actionable plans and measurable results.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–7+ years of project/program management experience.
• Background in financial services, fintech, retirement services, SaaS, or another regulated industry.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving external partners.
• Working knowledge of technical integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and operational processes.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in retirement services, trust, custodial, or recordkeeping operations is highly valued.
• PMP certification is a plus!

Compensation:

$140,000–$155,000
