Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or 5+ years in related area.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in eCommerce, fulfillment, operations, or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze fulfillment performance, customer feedback, and operations data to identify opportunities and root causes.
Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex Delivery and Pickup issues.
Translate business needs and insights into clear requirements with Product and Engineering.
Drive initiatives from discovery through testing, launch, and validation.
Establish operating mechanisms, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across teams.
Identify recurring issues and translate learnings into longer-term capability improvements.
Use data and judgment to surface risks, recommend actions, and influence decisions.
