Overview

Senior Microsoft Consultant - Contract - Hybrid Boston. We’re looking for an Azure/M365 Consultant who not only has deep technical expertise but also an outgoing, approachable personality. This person will help our client straighten out an Azure/M365 environment that hasn’t always been set up according to best practices, ensuring it’s secure, compliant, and optimized for the business.

The role will involve supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and data room management. This includes cleaning up access—like removing users from dynamic groups who haven’t logged in for over a year—while also rolling out Microsoft Copilot across the organization. You’ll work across Exchange, Intune, Conditional Access policies, and Purview to ensure the implementation is done correctly.

This is a hybrid role in Boston, where culture matters just as much as technical delivery. We’re looking for someone who can be accountable, deliver on commitments, and also help train and upskill internal resources to carry the torch forward. If you’re a Microsoft cloud resource who knows Azure, M365, and Copilot—and you’re just as good at people as you are at tech—you’ll thrive here.
