Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2 years of post-high school education; 6 months of computer experience; 1 year experience working with the public or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Technology by maintaining the website and troubleshooting a variety of technology issues.
• Help with software updates and hardware maintenance; assist patrons with computer literacy and research.
• Provide desk support: answer phones, check items in and out, register patrons, and perform account maintenance.
• Possibly lead Maker classes (crafts, 3D design, vinyl and laser cutting).
