Job summary

Everet Marsh is seeking investment banking professionals in Denver with a focus on technology M&A advisory. The ideal candidate will bring 2–6 years of transaction execution experience across software, SaaS, IT services, FinTech or broader technology sectors.

Key responsibilities include supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions, building sophisticated financial models, and preparing CIMs and presentations for clients and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA qualifications advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing transaction documentation and managing due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, LBO and comparable company analyses.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations and pitch materials.
• Conduct market research, company valuations and strategic analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and communicate with clients, buyers and investors.
• Work directly with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
