Job summary

Evercore seeks an experienced Analyst for its Technology Advisory group in California. The analyst will work on acquisition advisory, capital raising, recapitalizations, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures, with exposure to senior client contacts and partners.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience (investment banking, consulting or similar), strong analytical and communication skills, and a diligent work ethic.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend client meetings.
