Qualificações

• 3–6 years of investment banking experience, preferably with a middle market advisory firm or investment bank.
• Strong M&A transaction experience with involvement in live deal execution.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities with ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, debt placements, equity raises, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Build and oversee complex financial models, including valuation analyses, merger models, LBOs, operating models, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials.
• Conduct financial, industry, and company-specific research and analysis.
• Manage due diligence processes and data rooms while coordinating with clients, attorneys, accountants, and other transaction participants.
• Develop and maintain financial and valuation models to support transaction recommendations.
• Mentor and supervise investment banking analysts, reviewing work product and providing guidance throughout deal execution.
• Participate in client meetings, management presentations, and business development initiatives.
