Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum two years of investment banking experience with M&A exposure.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and data platforms.
• High degree of professionalism and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze companies, industries, and market dynamics with forward-looking projections.
• Build detailed financial models including valuation and scenarios.
• Prepare client pitch materials, memoranda, and management presentations.
• Identify strategic and financial counterparties such as buyers and sellers.
• Manage and execute due diligence processes with clients and advisors.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to industry research and thought leadership.
• Maintain accurate transaction data and CRM records.
• Mentor and oversee analysts and interns.
