• Supporting M&A processes across sell-side, buy-side, and recapitalisation mandates.
• Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for clients through live transactions.
• Building financial analysis, valuation work, and deal materials.
• Supporting buyer/investor engagement from first contact through to close.
• Contributing to new business development and pitch materials alongside senior bankers.
• Mentoring analysts where relevant.
