Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house.
• Experience handling mergers & acquisitions and drafting/negotiating transaction documents.
• Ability to manage due diligence and deal timelines, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and related contracts.
• Lead and manage legal due diligence for transactions.
• Counsel on corporate governance, formation, and compliance.
• Collaborate across offices to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Support business development and mentor junior attorneys.
• Utilize AI-driven resources to enhance client service and efficiency.
