Everet Marsh, a leading elite boutique investment bank in California, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to execute end-to-end M&A transactions within the TMT sector. The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years of Investment Banking experience with solid financial modelling and a strong academic record.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Banking (M&A)
• Ability to work on live M&A transactions end-to-end
• Exposure to the TMT sector is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end M&A transactions across the TMT sector, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, valuation analyses)
• Prepare client materials including pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and board-level content
• Coordinate due diligence processes, liaising with clients, counterparties, and advisors
• Support senior bankers in client interactions and relationship management
• Mentor and oversee Analysts, ensuring high-quality output across workstreams
