Rothschild & Co in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Associate in Technology Investment Banking to support a broad range of corporate finance transactions, with a focus on M&A within North America and cross-border projects. The role requires building detailed financial models, conducting in-depth valuation analyses, and coordinating due diligence processes with external advisors.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional work experience in investment banking advisory or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
• Experience building detailed financial models and analyzing capital structure and cash flows.

Responsabilités

• Execute live deals including sell/buy-side M&A, spin-offs, carve-outs, LBOs and other corporate finance situations.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and valuation (three-statement models, LBOs, accretion/dilution, DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative industry and company research and analysis.
• Lead transaction execution from marketing materials to due diligence and investment committee memoranda.
• Coordinate due diligence with lawyers, accountants, and consultants; engage internal/external resources.
• Draft client pitches and marketing materials for acquisitions, disposals, mergers, refinancing and ECM options.
• Attend client meetings and industry conferences; participate in external training sessions.
• Adhere to compliance and confidentiality policies.
