Rothschild & Co North America in New York seeks an experienced Associate to support a broad range of technology sector transactions, focusing on M&A and strategic advisory. You will work with cross-border teams on complex deals and help deliver high-quality client solutions.

The role requires strong financial modeling, excellent analysis and communication skills, and a track record in corporate finance advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance (or similar) from a leading academic institution.
• Ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a top-tier corporate finance adviser/investment bank.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills; proficient financial modeling.

Responsabilités

• Execute live technology-focused M&A deals (sell/buy side) and related corporate finance transactions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, modeling and valuation (three-statement models, LBO, DCF, comps).
• Conduct industry and company research to support recommendations and client pitches.
• Coordinate due diligence and drafting of investment committee materials and client marketing documents.
• Support cross-border and cross-functional deal teams with timely, accurate analyses.
